Whether you're new to boating or looking for your city retreat or a new home for your watercraft THYC provides incredible value and an exciting place to settle into.

 

Spring boat launch, winter haul out, landscaping, general maintenance, and general duties, etc… are all managed through our members. Every member is required to contribute a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer labor annually to continue to keep our membership fees affordable and to maintain a community within our club.
